To define accepted/acceptable conduct for members of the DPHA in order to firmly establish the DPHA as the decorative plumbing and hardware industry leader in ethical behavior and practices

DPHA members pledge to accept this code as a minimum guideline for ethical conduct.

Lead by example in representing the interests and ideals of the decorative plumbing and hardware industry.
Act in a manner displaying the highest degree of professional behavior bringing credit to the profession and the industry.

Provide quality goods and service.
Every DPHA member will gain trust by treating others with integrity, respect and fairness. We will act responsibly in all our professional relationships, in a manner consistent with the high standards we set for ourselves and our organizations.
