The plumbing distribution merchandiser provides support to new & existing showroom customers. The Plumbing distribution merchandiser is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative/service/sales duties to the company, including merchandising, servicing, sales and showroom visits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Schedule visits to existing showrooms
Find new business oportunities
Receive and handle service calls
Act as direct report and provide leadership to all operation of the company
Perform Follow up and Quality Assurance calls and e-mails
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications and pricing
Maintaining cleanliness of our display at customers showrooms
Maintain a growing relationship with existing client’s base.
As a plumbing distribution merchandiser, you must be friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented. Excellent verbal communication is a must.
All Interested Applicants Must Possess
High school degree or equivalent is a minimum
2 years industry experience (Plumbing fixtures)
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to identify customer needs
The ability to maintain positive relationships with customers
A driver licence and a car
Speaking English and Spanish

Experience and qualifications required:
Have a high school diploma (or GED) or the equivalent experience in customer service/sales and representation
Bilingual French and English both written and verbal.
Have manual ability to better understand the technical aspects of hardware products.
---- Experience in the hardware, locksmith, or woodworking industry a plus
Have previous computer skills and knowledge including use of the internet.
